Terms of Service
Customers must read, understand and sign the "Release Form" before attending the reservation.
Royal Adventures PR UTV tours requires you to be 21 years old and have a driver's license, and motorcycle insurance.
The customer is responsible for all damages or losses that they cause to the vehicle and others.
We accept payment forms: cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
Please arrive 30 minutes early on the day of your reservation to allow time to complete and review the liability waiver, as well as pass for a safety briefing and instruction on your UTV.
All customers must comply with state regulations for and public roads in Puerto Rico. We have routes already marked for your convenience and safety.
DAMAGE POLICY:
Customers are 100% responsible for any damage provided to the vehicle while in their possession. The deposit will only be used if there is any type of damage to the vehicle. If the vehicle has any type of damage, a more exhaustive inspection will be carried out and if it needs some type of repair, the deposit will be used depending on the damage.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you make any type of cancellation, it must be 24 hours before the scheduled reservation and you will receive the deposit in full. Any reservation that is not canceled before the scheduled date of the reservation, the deposit is retained by Royal Adventures PR.
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED:
If you are going to extend more than the coordinated time, an additional charge will be made. If you do not have Motorcycle Insurance, the cost of $40.00 will be charged at the time of service. Motorcycle Insurance is required for each traveler.
